With over 25 years of experience in real estate, François Mackay has built one of the most successful real estate firms in the region. In 2010, with a team of just nine agents, he founded Groupe Mackay, which has since grown into a powerhouse with 76 real estate agents, 12 administrators, and 22 inside sales agents. His expertise in negotiation, client service, and innovative strategies has positioned him as a leader in the industry.
Driven by a passion for education and mentorship, François created Mackay Academy to empower real estate professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. He is constantly exploring new technologies and training methods to stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring his students gain real-world, market-proven strategies to build thriving real estate businesses.
